burnout and success are not synonymous

Informed conversations that challenge your perspectives, help you think clearly, build self-trust, and develop a strong sense of personal identity.

You're successful. You're also exhausted. And you're tired of being told that it's normal - we are too!

You can be ambitious, you can be high-achieving, you can conquer the world, and you can feel damn good about it when you go home at the end of the day. It isn’t either-or in our books.

What is Theory Mekkanics?

Theory (noun): an explanation of some aspect of the world. It is built on a body of facts, laws, and tested hypotheses - an explanation supported by evidence.

Theory Mekkanics is born from this concept: Take an idea - test the hypothesis - make it happen.

The Theory: Being fulfilled is not only possible, its an expectation.

The Evidence: We are.

  • We know the confusion of feeling lost in a life you should love.

  • We know the sacrifice required to show up in a workplace with professionalism even though you’re disconnected.

  • We know what it takes to achieve the success you were told to chase, and the grief when you still feel unfulfilled.

  • We understand the fear behind choosing yourself.

We embody what we teach, every day. Get clarity and direction from somebody who knows how to get out of the pit.

Because we’ve done it.

IT’S A MATTER OF PERSPECTIVE

What we don't offer:

  • Life coaching platitudes about "finding your passion" or "positive thinking"

  • Another productivity system to manage your overwhelm

  • A flow-chart system learned from a coaching program

  • Advice to slow down or scale back your ambitions

  • Generic strategies that ignore your actual circumstances

What we do offer:

15 years in HR, strategic development, and organizational leadership taught us that career dissatisfaction isn't a personal failing—it's a change in circumstance, a shift in identity, an interest in something new, growth—a strategic problem that requires strategic solutions.

Let’s dig in! Utilizing a unique problem-solving approach, we help you identify what's actually causing your disconnect (hint: it's rarely what you think) and prioritize the things that move you forward. We clarify what you want out of life, work some scenarios, then develop a realistic approach to get you there without giving up everything you've worked for.

Theory Mekkanics was built for women who are successful on paper but quietly questioning everything behind the scenes:

The career.
The pressure.
The identity they built by being dependable, resilient, and everything to everyone.

The cost.

Because eventually, being good at surviving stops feeling fulfilling.

What if anxiety is actually lack of certainty?
What if burnout is actually a disconnect between what you want and what you’re doing?
What if feeling stuck is actually growth, trapped behind a fear of moving forward?

You’re smart, you can recognize a toxic cycle when you see one.

Theory Mekkanics exists to break that cycle & redefine the way we look at success.

You've worked too hard to feel this disconnected.

Why do we focus so much on "high-achieving"

Because high-achievers are a special breed, and we are here for it! There is nothing more empowering than a meaningful conversation between women motivated to change.

It's not what we do, it's how we do it.

Sound Familiar?

  • I don't need to be saved. You don't need to be pulled from a pool of self-pity, you aren't looking to be fixed, you're looking for a strategic partner you can trust, who will assist you in developing your goals, then hold you accountable.

  • I want my work to be meaningful. You're not a going-through-the-motions kind of person, you're not afraid of work, but you want it to mean something. You want to live a purposeful life, where your work matters, and the high-value effort you put in is worth the trade.

  • I want clarity, not reassurance. You know your feelings are valid and justified. You don't need somebody to hold your hand. You need honest feedback about what's actually working and what's not, without having to read between the lines. You can do it on her own - you just don't want to have to anymore.

  • I am ready to take ownership. You don't want pity or attention. You recognize that your dissatisfaction is a signal worth listening to, and you're committed to taking action and making deliberate changes; not just looking for somewhere to complain.

  • I value experience over conjecture. You want a collaborator with real-life experience to work with; somebody who has actually walked the path - understands your worries, fears, and restrictions - and has come out the other side as living proof.

  • I'm done with surface-level solutions. You're tired of cookie-cutter advice that doesn't work and tired of filling somebody else's definition of success. You're willing to do the work, you just needs somebody on your level who can help you think straight, so you can figure out how to succeed, your way.

Feeling seen yet? Good.
That means we're getting somewhere.

There is a white lamp with a rounded shade and a series of white books or papers stacked behind the vanishing point, with a white ceramic mug partially visible on the far right. A chair with a beige seat and curved wooden arms is in the foreground.

how we do it

We work the problem until we find a solution that fits you. It’s that simple.

Surface-level advice = surface-level results

Your time is more valuable than that.

You’re smart, ambitious, high-performing.

You’ve built a career, a reputation, a life people admire.

And honestly? You’ve done a damn good job.

So, what do you need us for? To sync “success on paper” with personal fulfilment.

Most advice talks about changing the environment - which is sometimes the right solution - but if you can’t swim, moving from the swimming pool to the ocean isn’t going to solve your problem. You can’t fix what you don’t see - you can’t swim if nobody taught you how. Our job is to show you what’s missing and teach you what to do about it.

At Theory Mekkanics, we work with you. We’re not following a flowchart (well, we have some flow charts) and we’re not telling you to upheave your life (unless of course, you want to). We work together to figure out what is best for you in the present and support you as you build a plan for a future that feels good to you.

We facilitate steady, informed, growth. Nobody is quantum leaping off of cliffs here.

You’ve worked too hard to just be surviving your life, it’s time to love it!

I’m not just a coach, I’m a captain with experience specializing in Goal and Identity development. which means, I know what it’s like to be in the game and I know what it takes to win in a way that allows you to feel good about yourself and sleep well at night.

Why is this work important to me? After my own experience with burnout and career rebuilding, I realized something uncomfortable: most successful women are functioning, not flourishing, through no fault of their own.

The systems that got you here aren't designed to get you where you want to go, and you've never been taught any different.

I created Theory Mekkanics because ambitious women deserve careers that energize them, not drain them.

You've already proven you can do it. You don't need to be fixed—you need better information, stronger self-trust, developed discernment, and a clear plan.

You’re allowed to want more than “fine.”

You can be grateful for what you’ve built and still want something different.

You can be successful and still deeply disconnected.

You can outgrow the life that once made sense.

You can reconnect with a sense of purpose without quitting your job.

Changing your life doesn’t require a ‘spiritual awakening’, it just requires a little shift in perspective.

You’re not wrong, your life’s just not right for you… yet.

You do deserve to feel like your life actually belongs to you again.

You don’t have to figure it out alone.

It’s time to try something different. Let’s figure out what’s next—together.
